Integrations

Give shipLua read-only access to your games’ Roblox data. Signing in with Roblox is a separate step.

Sign in with Roblox only proves who you are. Integrations is where the studio connects Roblox so shipLua can read experiences, analytics and products. Each shipLua account has one Roblox account for sign-in, set in Account settings. Connecting again, or connecting a group owner, does not change how you sign in. Connect Roblox has the longer version of that split.

Connect with Roblox

  1. Open Integrations, choose Add a game, then Pick it on Roblox and Connect with Roblox.
  2. On roblox.com, pick the experiences shipLua may read, leave Read analytics on, and approve. You come straight back.
  3. Those experiences are linked. Any that are not in shipLua yet can be added from the same page. Roblox analytics are daily.

Go through Roblox again with the same account to change which experiences shipLua may read. You can remove access from Roblox or from this page.

Open Cloud API key

Teams that manage keys on the Creator Hub can paste a read-only key instead, with a name and an optional experience. shipLua stores it encrypted for the studio. Roblox expires a key after 60 days unused.

One experience

Inside a game, Integration is the three sources for that game: Roblox analytics, the Studio plugin, and the shipLua SDK for your own events. The SDK is what fills funnels. Install it from Install the SDK.

Credentials and services

Credentials and services lists each connection and each server service (such as email, AI and payments), what it is for, and whether it is working. Secret values are not shown.
